Positive: Luxury hotel outside of town. Nicely situated. Rooms very elegant with a balcony. Indoor pool, gym and spa facilities free (treatments extra). Valet parking (but €20 per day). Two minute walk to shopping centre & lift to take you downtown. Lady at reception with glasses very welcoming and helpful. Her English was excellent!

Negative: Indoor pool & steam room facilities looking tired, ie paint scraped off in pool and tiles dalling off in steam room. No hot water in changing rooms.

Positive: When reviewing a 5 star it’s worth reflecting on the objective quality rather than just how nice the time there was for me! The rooms are large, comfortable, bathrooms with separate showers and bath, and other good features like double sinks and a jacuzzi. Everything was spotlessly clean. The sheets and bedding were soft to the touch. The bed had a soft topping, but was good and supportive. The spa area was very pleasant, large enough indoor pool. Suana and Jacuzzi. Steam room probably needs retiled. Breakfast is both an excellent setting looking over the garden, and has a very wide range of quality food. The full range of fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses. As well as cooked and menu items. Staff are attentive but unobtrusive. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk up hill from town centre. If you are arriving on the Andbus from Barcelona you can book a minibus to the front door for an extra 3 euros- which is very worth it.

Positive: We spent nearly 2 weeks and got to have a full picture. Hotel is clean, and the Front Desk staff are exceptional. From Cesar, Tiago and all the others who tried everything to make our day easier, kudos go to a truly 5 stars front desk team. The hotel has good facilities, great views, super front desk and overall a great experience

Negative: What makes it fall short of a 10 rating is its breakfast, both food and staff. The breakfast is sadly not even close to a 4 stars level, and the staff operate like a local tavern - noisy and unhelpful

Positive: The hotel is very stylish and beautiful, with a strong sense of design and concept. Rooms are spacious and have a solid renovation base with quality finishes. The beds are excellent, with a great selection of pillows — very comfortable sleep. We also appreciated the high-quality towels and toiletries. Overall, the hotel feels premium and comfortable, with a strong foundation and great potential.

Negative: Some elements of the interior and facilities feel slightly outdated and could benefit from renovation. The SPA area needs refurbishment (pool, sauna, hammam), and some equipment was not working, including the ice generator. The restaurant menu felt somewhat limited. There was a lack of atmosphere in the common areas — for example, live music in the lobby would be a great addition, especially since there is a piano.
