Negative: Reception staff dont smile or greet you. Can take very long to resolve problems.

Positive: Great breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet was good.
Negative: We had a 4 hour wait to check in with no compensation whatsoever. I do feel that the hotel could have paid for our drinks we ordered while waiting for our room. The floor of our room was filthy when we checked in.
Summary: Beautiful area on the water. The pools are beautiful. Rooms could use some updating. Good breakfast.

Positive: Rooms were clean, the resort is big and has a huge pool, nearest Flic en flac beach 10 min by walk. Thankfully staff prepared our rooms earlier than planned check in time.
Negative: -Breakfast & dinner were almost same every day, we booked half board however dinner didn’t include any hot beverages like tea , they asked for additional payment though dinner was already paid. I could understand if it was alcohol . Don’t book half board -There are not many groceries nearby, need to walk 10 minutes at least
