Positive: You can stop searching – this is the most perfect villa you’ll find in the area! The place, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the organization, and the amenities – everything is just perfect. This villa truly has everything you could need, from the smallest details to the big things – whatever you might need, you’ll find it here. If you suddenly realize you forgot something, chances are it’s already in the villa. A perfect location – only a 12-minute drive from the main avenue and Nissi Beach. Spacious and spotless rooms, a beautiful and very clean pool – everything was just wonderful. And most importantly – the hosts! Panayiota and Kostandinov are absolutely amazing. So warm and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. From the moment we booked, Panayiota stayed in touch and checked in from time to time over the months leading up to our trip. Even when we weren’t sure if we’d make it due to the situation back home, she was there with reassurance and all the right words. we’ll definitely be coming back!
Negative: I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t great – everything was perfect.
Summary: You don’t need to look anywhere else – this is a 10/10 stay, no less! And without a doubt – we’ll be back.

Positive: The stay where you can feel that you are at home - there is everything you need in the villa, all the kitchen utensils, spices, olive oil, etc., washing, drying machine, toiletries, towels for shower, for pool.. Huge living space - 6 adults and 6 kids were enjoying! And the best area especially for the kids - swimming pool, it is very nice, clean, not deep even for the smallest kids. We were greeted by the owners very warmly, they are very kind and nice people ready to help with any question you have. No doubts - go there if it is still available ;) you will feel lovely vibes of the house which is created by lovely owners!
Negative: The house is more or less in the middle of nowhere, but in 10 minutes walk you can reach local tavernas, or 15 minutes drive the beat beaches of Cyprus! There is nothing what you could not like about the property itself!
Summary: Perfect stay for bigger group of friends with kids!

Positive: From start to finish this is the best booking I have ever booked via booking.com The hosts were friendly, attentive and answered any questions I had. And quick replies! A group of 11 of us (including a child under 1) stayed at the beautiful villa and there was more than enough room. We could have had a few more people as well! The Villa was clean, spacious and in an excellent location. We spent most of our time by the beautiful, clean and stylish pool. The air-con inside the Villa was incredible as well and a welcome relief from the hot Cyprus sun! About 10/15 minutes from Ayia Napa and Protaras and less than 10 minutes from the water park and about 3 minutes from a big supermarket! The little town the villa is in is also sweet with a couple really good authentic restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts were one of the best parts of the Villa. They were so lovely, friendly and kind. Even bringing us breakfast when they came to clean the house a few days in! (A team of cleaners came and cleaned and were gone very fast. We went to the beach while they were cleaning and came back to a sparkling villa!) If a big group of us come back to Cyprus we would not hesitate to stay here again! There is nowhere else I want to stay. Every single person in our group agreed how amazing the Villa was and all commented what a good find it was! Thank you so much Panayiota and your family! Don’t hesitate to book! It truly is amazing and you won’t regret your stay. You won’t want to leave!
