Negative: For such expensive accommodation we were really disappointed with how poorly equipped the kitchen was including lack of coffee machine which was in the specifications, no tea or coffee provided,no baking tray, baking paper or olive oil. Lots of chipped glasses also. The beds weren’t comfortable. The doonas were wrapped in sheets which would be off and tangled by morning, exposing old doonas below. The master bedrooms mattress was uncomfortable and the bunkbed downstairs was so squeaky we had to pull mattresses onto the ground as our children could not sleep. Cleaning was okay but there were wine bottles under the sofa and chips in the carpet when we arrived. Overall it was a great place to stay given the location but really disappointing and quite unethical comfort standards within the home, given the high end price. There are some really simple changes you could make to improve your ratings significantly and provide an appropriate level of comfort to your guests.
