Clean, comfortable & spacious duplex style guest accommodations near Sam Rayburn for fishing, hunting or just to get away. Just a five minute drive to Jackson Hill Marina, 8 minutes to Cassels Boykin Marina & 20 minutes to Powell Park. There are several outdoor electrical outlets with easy access to keep all your boating electronics fully charged. We also provide boat towels to wipe them down! Automatic dusk to dawn security lights around the property for added security. Plenty of parking for your boat & vehicle(s) within view of your room. 2 Charcoal grills & four sided picnic table just outside the door under the covered porch, great for outdoor entertainment. Room 1 has a full kitchen, designed for comfort & convenience. There’s plenty of space in the full size refrigerator/freezer and cabinets, with dining for 4. You’ll find non-stick pots and pans, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, kitchen towels and dish drying rack. We’ll even provide coffee filters, paper towels & dish soap. Bring your own groceries or shop once you get there. Brookshire Bros. Express and Family Dollar are just down the road. If you don’t feel like cooking you can check out Dairy Mart & Midlake Money Pit BBQ in Broaddus (Both on Hwy 147) In Zavalla, Chubby’s at The Lake offers lots of fishing gear, meats for grilling and they also serve pizza & great BBQ! (On Hwy 147) And check out Eagle’s Nest (Main St) for some awesome food too! There are 2 queen beds, a Futon that will sleep 1 extra person, a nightstand with 2 USB ports & 2 outlets. The bathrooms have a tub/shower combo, stocked with plenty of plush cotton towels and includes bath & hand soaps. The room is equipped with a Smart Roku TV for your viewing entertainment. Room is SMOKE FREE. NO EXTRA CLEANING FEES ADDED

Summary: This was our first time at Kingsley’s Corner and we enjoyed our stay! The room had everything we needed. Very clean, very comfortable! Very close to Cassels-Boykin and Jackson Hill Marina and closer to Powell Park than we expected. My husband thought the towels for wiping down his boat was a nice touch! They have 2 rooms and each sleeps 4 so next time we’ll rent both rooms for family! Dairy Mart Restaurant and Brookshire Brothers Express is right down the road. Dairy Mart has great food and Brookshires has just about anything you would need so you can buy groceries once you get there. There is also a Family Dollar close by too. We got to meet and visit with Ronald and Laura Kingsley…..Great people and very accommodating! We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this place!
