Positive: It was one of the stateliest hotels we have ever stayed in, irrespective of location. It has been beautifully refurnished with wonderful finishes and furnishing. The room was big, the bed super comfortable and the shower was amazing - like standing under a waterfall! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the big breakfast was delicious. In mainland Europe or Istanbul one would pay at least 5-times as much for the same standard!

Negative: The area is a bit non-descript, but it is a perfect base if one intends visiting Pamukkale and Hirapolis by car.

Positive: The staff are really friendly and nice especially the ladies who worked in the evening shift forgot her name, but she was super helpful. A 20 minute taxi ride to the town from the hotel. The hotel is clean and spacious.

Positive: Room was a good size and well heated (we stayed in winter); restaurant was fine; location handy for Laodicea and Pamukkale/Hierapolis. Our room was at north end of hotel, furthest from the main road, so was quiet.

Negative: The hot water wasn’t that hot (but OK). The breakfast was a set array of dishes served to you, plentiful and good quality but some choice and some fruit would have been appreciated.

Summary: A good base for seeing Pamukkale/Hierapolis and Laodicea.
