Positive: The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great, walking distance to all the nice local restaurants and cafes. Let alone the room is spot on clean, spacious.

Positive: We, a family of four, booked two rooms at this marvellous place for 2 nights. The rooms are very spacious, super clean and very tastefully decorated. The beds and pillows were comfortable and guaranteed a good night’s sleep. Since the B&B only opened a few months ago, everything was in very good condition. The bathrooms were adequately sized and the water pressure and water temperature regulation were faultless. The aircons worked well and were pleasantly quiet. You can’t really ask for anything more. After 3 weeks on the road across Vietnam we had seen quite a spectrum of accommodations, so when we entered Anise we were blown away by the great quality of his place! For breakfast one had to make a selection from a menu the day/night before and you were then served the freshly prepared food in the morning. While the quality and taste were great, the only comment I’d make is that the service took very long. Also, it felt a bit limiting having to wait to be served rather than having some options readily available (e.g. juice, congee, cereals, bread, fruit, etc.) and a coffee should be readily available within 5 minutes and not after the food was served. Otherwise the staff is most attentive and friendly. I suppose that due to the inexperience of the family operating the B&B processes are still being trained and refined. I’m sure they’ll improve over time and this was no big issue overall. The location of Anise itself in a very good neighbourhood and absolutely quiet. Next to some of the main tourist attractions of HCMC, you’ll find a supermarket and some restaurants in the vicinity. We tried the NEKO Japanese restaurant just round the corner and found it absolutely superb! Overall we can recommend Ainse wholeheartedly!

Positive: Anise luxe home is very well location and closely to some nice place as Pink Church (Tan Dinh catholic Church )and specially with some famous vienamese restaurant Noodle (Pho) Crispy pancake (Banh xeo - Dinh cong trang St ) Most of them just take few (5’) for walk .

Positive: This is a really new small 6 room hotel down a quiet alley in a good location in the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, nice big showers.. You order breatfast from a list and its prepared piping hot for you in the morning. Staff are very attentive, Ms Amy is very cute and helpful.

Negative: There is no desk in the room, so uncomfortable to work.. there is definitely space to put one. I selected Pho Bo Kho for breakfast and the beef was far to fatty for a westerner.

Summary: Comfortable, Ok location, friendly staff.
