The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Anita is a nice bungalow located only 2 km from Moraira centre and its beaches and all kind of amenities, large variety of Bars, Restaurants, shops, scuba centre, jet sky, etc… just perfect to relax looking at the Mediterranean landscape of this famous holiday resort. Anita is located in a private urbanization with a large community swimming pool and a covered parking place. There are good restaurants and bars within walking distance to the bungalow.
Entrance through a nice covered terrace with outside furniture and built BBQ overlooking the garden area, we access to a cozy living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD+ A/C. Inside : a fitted well equipped kitchen. One double bedroom and a single bedroom, both sharing a shower/WC.
Behind the bungalow we find a private terrace and the utility room for the washing machine. Spiral stairs lead up to the roof terrace with very nice views to the see.

Summary: Quiet little bungalow set in nice grounds with lovely views. Interior was dated, bedding and towels were substandard but it was reasonably clean. We were lucky enough to have brought towels but had to buy a quilt and cover. However overall we had an enjoyable stay. The area was pretty and only about a 20 minute walk to El Porter and Moraira which are beautiful.

Summary: Great location with a fab view. Well equipped with everything you need. Just needs a new kettle and better duvet. The water was only luke warm at best, so perhaps boiler needs attention. Would recommend

Summary: First impressions on arriving were very poor, the outside areas had not been cleaned and the outside furniture consisted of a few plastic chairs and 2 very dirty tables, hardly 4 star quality. The Satelite tv is only of use if you speak German, air con in in one room only and initially we were given only one fan for the two bedrooms. Pots and pans and kitchen equipment was all old or dirt/rusty. The oven tripped the electricity if if tried to use it and we couldn’t use the gas hob the majority of the time because there were problems with the gas bottle, someone was sent to fix it twice but still it didn’t work so our only means if cooking was the microwave ! Hardly ideal in a self catering property. The agent was very helpful when we had problems but I feel that the property is very old and tatty and in no way worth the price charged in peak season. All of the outside space is basically communal and overlooked, so please don’t book this if you like lots of privacy when you are sitting outside. We stayed in 2 other holiday houses during this beak both were cheaper than this accommodation at least 3 stars above this property in terms of quality. The only thing we really liked was the pool and the proximity of the house to the pool because it was so close.

Summary: We were very happy with the property and Turisol response to problems. Having said that the area was very quiet and relaxing and the property provided almost everything we wanted. the only thing missing was a DVD player and information pack for the property. This caused us to have to phone Turisol to resolve problems which they did except for the DVD player. Recomend the property and agents. Our problem was that Spain closed down on the last Saturday of our stay. Luckily we returned home on Monday.
