Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very nice and clean in general and the view from the room was spectacular. Breakfast was very good. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot and I would definetely visit again.

Summary: Very friendly staff, especially the young blonde lady who works at the guest relations desk (I forgot her name!). Rooms are average, need an update - otherwise good hotel. However, one huge disappointment was a male front desk team charging my credit card with over 1,000 gbp even though my stay was pre paid for. I am still waiting for a refund, they are taking very long to sort this issue and I don't this is not acceptable.

Summary: Very nice hotel with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly, and the free parking was a bonus. The indoor swimming pool was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely be back!
