Negative: Fixtures and fitting were tired, a lot of stairs. No basics like tea, coffee etc.

Positive: It was so close to town and had everything you could use :) Lovely and cosy Stayed twice and first time was exceptional second time was a let down
Negative: The place wasn't clean, we had to clean it when we arrived. Dirty utensils, cups and plates. Bath tub was dirty. Very old sugar and coffee on jars (so dirty it was hard) half eaten pot noodle left in cupboard in kitchen I did get hold of the landlord and they was fav and sort it out and did refund some money back to me.

Positive: A short walk from Greenock Central station. Remote host sent me code for mini-safe to access the keys for the accommodation block and the apartment. Well-furnished apartment, fully-equipped kitchen and rooms with bed linen and towels. Convenience of self-catering for breakfast, ate out for other meals. Comfortable bed and sofa bed (slept on top of that)
Negative: Apartment is on 3rd floor, so there's a concrete staircase to negotiate. No problem for me but might be an issue if you have limited mobility. No hot water during my stay, for which the host apologised and gave me a significant refund. I don't understand fold-out sofa beds, so I slept on top of it. Had a good night's sleep using the pillows and duvet in the apartment.
Summary: A smart modern apartment near the centre of Greenock. I would stay there again.

Positive: The location was brilliant, and keys were accessible, apartment was clean and well set out.
Negative: Probably my only thing was the price, but I would take that with a pinch of salt as I grew up in this area, so I'm possibly undervaluing what the space is worth. The only physical attribute we had any issues with was finding spare loo roll! (And given how small an issue that was, it says a lot for how happy we were with this space)
