Positive: The location was very nice and the view as well. The apartment was nicely decorated.
Negative: The process after booking and the organisation was poor. I have received links for additional check in info, which did not work, then I got spammed with more links for a week. When we arrived after 6 we had to pay extra. We would have gotten charged additional 150 EUR if we didn't bring our own sheets and towels. We had to take care of the garbage or another cost would be piled on. At this price the lock of the basic convenience is very surprising. The Wifi didn't work so we had to use our roaming, the toilet was broken and the shower didn't work well. We were not offered any compensation although as seen above they charge additionally for all.
Summary: Great views with not so great service.

Positive: We stayed at Anna with 2 families. The apartment is clean and you can find most of the things you need for your stay. There were enough rooms and spaces for kids, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The lake side pools were also clean and nice. The closest restaurant above the apartment serves super delicious food. There are some small things we found inconvenient, but overall we really loved the stay at Anna’s apartment.
Negative: - Parking spaces are very narrow and limited. Sometimes other cars are parked over the lines and you need to squeeze in your car in small space even on slope which was challenging. - Need to walk down the hill to get to the pools by the lake side, which takes about 10-15minutes. Coming back to the apartment was tiresome. - Big baby stroller doesn’t fit to the elevator. - Nice decorations, but need to be careful for kids not to break anything there. - There were only 3 toilet papers for 6 people. - No kitchen towels nor towel to wipe tables. - 18euro/person for lines is a bit pricy.

Positive: The appartment was great, we enjoyed the balcony with lakeview and a very cozy interiour style. Even we had some troubles at the airport with the car rental and did not call Anna agreed 1hour before our arrival, she was still quick enough to overhand us the keys from the appartment so we did not have to wait. We loved the beautufill aroma of jasmin growing on the upper terrace with BBQ.
Negative: A dishwasher was out of order during our stay so we had to wash the dish manually but it was fine as we prepared just the breakfast and had lunches and dinners out in the surrounding restaurants. There is an extra charge for bed linen and towels not included in the price and also we had to put the bed linen by ourselves what I would appreciate to be already done by the service if you pay for it and order it with the reservation of the appartment upfront.
