Summary: The house was just as advertised. Had all we needed. The outside space was a challenge as we had a two year old with us and not having access to the water from the deck seemed odd. Also, the neighbors moved their jet skis from where they were originally moored. They brought them up on the sand. We were unsure where the allocated swimming area was.

Summary: Great communication with the owner, Kathi (friendly). Nice view of the lake from the deck. Lake is clean. House is clean and spacious, had everything we needed. The backyard was all sand/dirt, but maybe that was a good thing and reduced the mosquitos! Thank you for sharing your home.

Summary: The house was great for our family. Clean and spacious enough. The yard was not really useable and was sad there was no ladder on the dock to be able to enter and exit the water from the dock. We would have entered by the water front but the water was quite weedy there. Thank you for letting us stay we enjoyed the view.

Summary: We had an amazing stay. House is beautiful and spacious has all the comforts of home. We swam kayaked and enjoyed the dock. Looks like they are still working on the yard but who cares when the view is gorgeous. Also a short drive to winthrop and augusta

Summary: We had a great time. Plenty of room for the five of us especially with teenagers! The home is well equipped, the dock was perfect for the boat and swimming in the afternoon was relaxing. The owners do use the home but accommodated our stay in between their time, thanks!
