Summary: Laurence’s apartment is beautifully designed and furnished— she has everything you need. The apt is close to the gare for train travelers, ir private parking for those with a car. Market close by. Laurence was responsive to our needs. We appreciated the info provided. If we visit Annecy again we’ll definitely want to stay there

Summary: A clean and comfortable property close to railway station. Up two flights of stairs. Not the best part of town. Over a motorbike repair shop so noisy during day and fumes if you had the windows open. My bicycle was stolen overnight. It was locked, locked to rack and rack locked to car. The car park is out of view of road. Reported to property owner. This has clouded my judgement of my stay. Property owner said first time in 10 years there has been a problem. Feel I have a duty warn others. Maybe the area is changing.
