Positive: The location was perfect in the town centre and the parking is just in front of the house. The apartment, especially the kitchen, has all is needed even for a long stay. The hosts are welcoming and helpful.

Negative: Some of the furniture is outdated and there is not a good match of styles. The bathroom needs a bit of redesigning to make it more comfortable.
