Positive: Staff was incredibly kind and attentive! Breakfast and the respective service was 10/10!! Very clean. Easy to reach by metro from the Milano Central train station. Close to several restaurants and cafés. Will definitely save it for when we’re back in Milan!

Positive: The Hotel is very close to Leonardo’s Last Supper, within 10 minutes walk of several metro stations and a twenty minute walk from the Duomo, so very well located. Number 16 tram to the Duomo is very close to the Hotel. I used the hotel for the Winter Olympics and I could get to all three locations quickly and easily. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and I had very little external or internal noise. The reception of the hotel is through a small courtyard and you have a key for the outside door, room and safe. The hotel and room were clean and all appliances worked. I felt very safe around the hotel. The breakfast is good - offering both cooked and continual style breakfasts. Going down early meant I had no queues for the seats.

Negative: The price was much higher than I would usually pay, but the location is superb and it was during the Winter Olympics. For the price, the room was small - but it was not a problem for me.
