Negative: Rooftop suite had VERY low ceiling and was difficult to access. Narrow halls, steep uneven stairs, super small elevator.

Positive: Location was incredible! You walk outside of the hotel lobby and you are right in the heart of the plaza to the Pantheon. The room was a great size for two people comfortably, and it was always clean and had amazing air conditioning.

Positive: Lovely property. I’ve been staying for 15 years. Location is the best & terrace is amazing. Staff is great.
Negative: prices are 10x what they used to be. Room walls are paper thin & we were woken every night! they moved breakfast from a lovely sunroom to a lobby room.
