Positive: - This is a beautiful villa (like for big weddings style). It is really beautiful and well taken care. - Room was really spacious and gave enough space for us to feel confortable as a family of 3 - Location in the countryside makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the silence - The kids' area is very attractive for little ones

Negative: - Besides the beautiufl place, the whole area around is not very foot user-friendly. Went for a run and walks and often found myself in the main busy and noisy roads =? - You need a car for everything.

Positive: Nice grounds, good parking facilities and the breakfast was good. Not too far from Sarzana town, some nice restaurants within walking distance.

Negative: Booked pool view room to find an empty pool, was told this was due to cold weather but it was hot all week and the reason I booked the hotel for the pool facilities, very disappointing and this should be disclaimed before booking the hotel and a pool view room. Not replenishing the water in the fridge is also disappointing.

Summary: Nice hotel, pool should stay open till the end of October.
