Summary: This is hands down one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we travel often. From the minute we walked in we were in awe of this hotel and couldn't stop admiring the decor and detail around the hotel. The ambience is special. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful - every single detail is taken care of before you even arrive. Our rooms were beautiful - the bed was comfortable, the room was extremely clean but most of all the details were remarkable. They placed hot water bottles to warm our bed, chocolate, tea, and filtered water were placed in our room. We stayed here twice during our trip to Peru, we weren't feeling the best (altitude sickness) but staying here made us feel comfortable. We would give this hotel a million stars and hope to visit again. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere, it's quiet, the bar, restaurant and complimentary breakfast are excellent, the outdoor space is relaxing, you won't find a more accommodating staff, and you'll appreciate all of the detail that went into designing this hotel. This hotel has it all! If you are thinking about booking this hotel just do it, it's simply the best!

Summary: 11/10 recommend this hotel. It is beautiful. But above everything THE STAFF IS AMAZING. From the second we checked in they were so helpful and always a smile. Breakfast is delicious. They freshen up your room so nicely. Have turn down service and warm your bed for you. THIS HOTEL HAS THE BEST STAFF. I have traveled the world and nowhere competes.

Summary: Possibly the best experience I have experienced at a hotel. From the service to the aesthetic to the food to the ambience, everything was top notch. The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of special touches and decor and the staff went above and beyond to help me when I had to delay my stay for a night due to travel delays.

Summary: A wonderful hotel with lovely rooms and common spaces. The food was amazing and we appreciated plenty of filtered water being available. The staff was helpful although the dinner restaurant recommended was not very good - we should have just eaten dinner at the hotel.
