Summary: This house was perfect for my extended family's trip to attend a wedding. We loved the charm of the house. There was enough room for everyone and everyone had a bed. The house was clean. There were ac units in each room. For our stay over Labor Day weekend, the temp in the house was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook which was nice because we came from out of state. They even had k-cups! The listing was vague on the additional guest fee and when that applies. The listing mentions it sleeps 15. With my VRBO experience, this means the maximum amount of guests is 15 and anything over that would have an additional guest charge. I had 14 guests (12 adults and 2 children) and was charged additional guest fees. I was told the fee was for being over 12 guests. Upon speaking with the owner, they waived the fee because I had young children which I appreciated. My suggestion is to either lower the number for how many people the listing can sleep or be more clear about when the additional guest charge applies in the listing. Other than that, we had a great stay. The owners were very responsive before our trip. There were no issues with the home so we didn't have to contact them.

Summary: My friends and family had a good time at this historic property. Great open lawn, powerful A/Cs in each room, and cozy despite being from the 1750s. Close proximity to casinos and other fun activities. Would come back again.
