Summary: Convenient parking. AC was great. Older facility but well maintained. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Clean.

Summary: Very clean and quiet property. The bed was very comfortable and the room was colorful which I appreciate. The bathroom was divided into a sink area separate from the toilet and shower. The shower was excellent Walkable or short drive to the historic Goliad square.

Summary: Wow! This stay was wonderful! From walking into for check-in was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The room was nice size, very very clean. Bed soft and plenty towels. We felt safe and even that it’s close to a highway heard no traffic. Breakfast was available. Checkout was simple and super easy. If ever in the area needing a place to stay highly recommended this place!

Summary: Rooms were nicer than I thought they would be. However, if another client did not wake up the staff, there would have been no breakfast. But there was no breakfast anyway. Very disappointing. Cereal bins were nearly empty. There was about four pieces of bread inside a plastic bag. There was only about one cup of coffee left from the day before. Two apples in the refrigerator. Apple juice and milk in its container in the refrigerator. We'll go to the other mom and pop hotel in the future
