Positive: the hotel was ok and nice to stay. the location is superb. the room was neat and tidy.

Negative: the night staff during my check in time was not very friendly. she's not very polite and friendly to handle her duty during my stay. she could probably explain in a good way to me so that i will be satisfied with her explaination. please improve on that. she so arrogant. never repeat to stay there anymore.

Positive: Location was excellent for our purpose in Kangar. Check in and out processes went smoothly. Very courteous and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable.

Negative: There is no door between the shower / toilet area and wardrobe / sink area. Only one electrical socket in the room.
