Summary: We stayed there for two nights. Food was good. Room was good. Reception good too. Just one thing - housekeeping was a bit strange. On the second day, we found the used soap was inside our bag of cotton and my bag of supplements was missing.

Summary: I like the open air onsen, and the service received at the buffer breakfasts and dinners. However, the aircon is only in heater mode, and the window cannot be opened.
