Positive: The mountains are beautiful, the breakfast amazing and the staff very friendly. The pool was sufficiently big and the pool area nice. The bungalow some of our party stayed in was lovely and spacious and with its own area for sitting out and sauna. You could even make a fire in the outside area. We stayed in the main house and the room and bathroom were very nice, we were offered an upgrade but happily stayed in that room. The food is to order and was good, reasonable price and with choice but you just need to remember to order an hour before you want to eat. The owners were there and bent over backward to help us find places to go and make sure we were happy. Jadlon was brilliant ensuring we were happy etc. He even did a little music DJ ing with dance for our teens on the last night. Breakfast was substantial and varied ( you pay extra for orange juice but it was good and we were happy to). Views stunning. Lots of places to be alone if you wanted but friendly too.
Negative: The roads are fine but only if you go the right way. You need to take the furtherst road around the village as some of the other roads are difficult. Would be good to have a little map on website showing best route as when we came we went up some very small roads expected in mountains. There are a few but not many restaurants in town - this did not bother us as we either went on way to or back from excursion or ordered in from hotel. One night we ate out in the village which was nice and cheap but bit confusing with food choice.

Positive: Beautiful design in and out, amazing views, good breakfast and dinner options. Bungalows are very spacious. It’s so great to chill in the bungalow balcony anytime during the day. The kind staff! They always made sure we were served fast and gave us little treats. Melek Hanim’s dishes are delicious.
Negative: Cleaning was terrible! The state of the bathroom was really bad when we arrived with shattered glasses, wine stains on surfaces and towels, hairs in the shower drain. We almost hurt ourselves due to broken glasses on the floor. It looked like somebody drank wine and broke a glass and the room wasn’t cleaned. There was no housekeeping at all even though we were asked if we would like a cleaning and we said yes but still nobody came to clean. We had good times and got along with everyone there but unfortunately the cleaning was a big negative. Also it’s not the hotel’s fault but there are shotgun noises at night from local farmers to scare off wild animals which made sleep terrible for me and our baby… I also did not like the wild dogs and cats roaming everywhere especially in the restaurant area, going on chairs and tables. All the pillows in lounge areas looked filthy and full of animal hairs…

Negative: The place is very far away from the city. The room was not perfectly clean.

Negative: Squeaky bed, the view was blocked by overgrown trees and bushes. Also got charged 415 Turkish lira for 4 glasses of juice that we had for breakfast, even though breakfast was included in the price of the hotel room and we didn’t have anything else to drink. No one told us that we have to pay for the juice when ordering, had to pay when we gave back the key. It’s not about the money, it’s the way it made us feel. Left this hotel feeling like we were mugged off.

Negative: The most which annoyed me most of my stay was the loud music at the pool side all day long I have to ask most of the time to make the volume less but was often loud and had to go all the time to my room to get some peace time would be really nice if the music would always be at the low level volume at the time of checkout stuff bought our luggage up and left it at the roadside without informing us and did not helped at all to bring it to the car or to ask for help which was really shocking the place is really nice but would not return back to this property again
