Positive: the house is on five acres with a stunning view of the Three Sisters Mountains. It has a perfect layout, kitchen and bathroom plenty big. The deck is nice
Negative: nothing.
Summary: we loved our four days at this beautiful peaceful spot. It felt like our own private resort.

Positive: Full kitchen was very convenient along with a full size washer and dryer. Plenty of seating in the living room. Nice dining room table. Plenty of bedding and towels for our use. Nice touches included laundry and dish washing detergent for our use and bathroom/kitchen soap dispensers. Green grass and a gorgeous view of the mountain range. There is an outside picnic table. 1.5 bathrooms was a plus for our family of 5.
Negative: The unit does not have air conditioning and the three days and three nights we were there it was in the 95 degree range. Heat was very uncomfortable and we had to leave each afternoon to cool off somewhere else. Unit too expensive mid-summer with no A/C. Also, unit is very close to the owners home. There are large windows of owners home that face the rental unit. A little too close for comfort. Especially when you can hear the owners home A/C turning on and you are sitting in the hot rental unit.

Positive: Beautiful views, halfway from my sister and town
Negative: No AC, it was HOT, until I figured out how to keep the house cooler with the windows open during the night and day. The coffee pot was also not cleaned out, and it was a larger different pot that what was made for the coffee maker.
