Positive: The host was incredibly friendly. We arrived late at night, and she put our names on our room door. The house was also very well-equipped and clean. We could just walk in and check in. The storage room also has recreational equipment such as sleds. and She even came over to give my daughter a small birthday gift. We'll definitely book here again next time we go skiing there.
Negative: There's really nothing that needs significant improvement, except perhaps the deposit payment method, which I hope can be done directly on Booking.com. Otherwise, many people might have doubts about the reliability of the service when booking for the first time.

Positive: Nice and clean apartment with a friendly host and great scenery. We did some hiking nearby and spent our evening outdoor in the garden enjoying the sunset. We stayed only two nights, more is worth it!
Negative: One of the bathrooms is a bit cramped, but there are two!
