Negative: Only hand soap was provided. No bathroom supplies except for one roll of toilet paper. Saw one live cockroach in the cabinet. The towels were not changed for the whole stay.
Summary: The location is good but should provide necessities like shampoo and soap and spare bath towels.

Negative: The property's is behind a small market and side driveway/entrance is all dirt. The photos only show the building. We had the room on the first floor right off the side entrance. We opened the windows because it was very hot. The windows had no screens so we not only got mosquitoes but we killed 4 huge roaches. One crawling in the middle of the night around the wall behind the bed

Positive: Perfect apartment with everything we could need and walking distance to everything in town. Excellent communication via email and WhatsApp. They picked us up at the airport with beautiful lei's for us, and Joaquin picked up up 2 hours before our return flight, paid with credit card and came with 2 beautiful shell necklaces and a moai necklace for our son as a send off. Super easy, and awesome communication and people. Would happily stay there again!
