Positive: Clean and modern apartment buildings close to the hotel with a 24hr desk for key collection. This was great value for money for a nights sleep close to the motorways.
Negative: Private bathroom was across the hall with a key, but fine for a cheap night.

Positive: New building, new renovation and accordingly everything still works very well. Relatively quiet place, if only you didn't have to sleep with the windows completely open.
Negative: The hotel itself is new and clean, which initially seemed promising. However, the overall experience was deeply disappointing due to poor service and a rather arrogant attitude from the staff. The room was uncomfortably hot, even though it had a built-in air conditioning unit. When I asked how to turn it off, the receptionist claimed it wasn’t working — which was clearly untrue, especially in a brand-new room. It felt more like an excuse than a genuine explanation. My room was located on the third floor, up a very steep staircase. There was no mention of this in the listing, and in my case, this was a serious issue. If I had known in advance, I would’ve chosen differently. There was a shared kitchen on the ground floor, but it was completely empty and pointless. It’s unclear what the purpose of it is — especially considering the building has a secure front entrance and each room has its own separate door. Parking was available, but it was a fair distance away — again, not clearly mentioned in the listing. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, with an old mattress and either worn-out or extremely cheap pillows. But the worst part by far was the staff’s attitude, which completely ruined the experience. It overshadowed all the positives of staying in a new and clean building. Out of more than 10 hotels I stayed in during a two-week trip across Europe — from Romania to France — this one had the worst service by far. I’ve had far better evenings and more restful nights in much older places with kinder, more welcoming hosts. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Negative: Quite an effort to get to the second floor with the bags using spiral staircase with irregularly shaped tread boards. If you have bad luck, there would be no parking space in the hotel area. Slanted walls (apartment in the attic) was not very comfortable in the bathroom, but I’m a tall guy, so it doesn’t apply to everyone.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay. The cottages are new, it's clear they were built recently. They are within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.
Negative: There were no air conditioning remotes in the rooms, and the flickering indicator lights from the units were disruptive, so I had to cover them with a towel
