Positive: Unreal scenery, even when it was raining. Even better once the clouds parted. Even though the hosts weren't English speaking, things were easy to understand and instructions are signposted. Heated bathroom floors were a plus.

Positive: Superb location, with good views of the lake and the surrounding hillside from the balconies. Parking was fine, check in easy enough. Had two bathrooms for the two bedrooms, which was ideal. Kitchenette had what you needed, although not much surface area.
Negative: Not much sitting space for the tele area, if there are more than 2 people. Nothing major though

Positive: The view and serene atmosphere around the apartment. Excellent service. The Lady attendant was so polite and accommodated all our requests. The apartment has everything you need, including a decent size balcony. You can also park your car inside the property freely. If you explore the surrounding areas, trails, a day transport pass for the regional buses will be immensely beneficial. The lake access in front of the apartment is awesome. During summer, it will be fun. The upper floors may have a better view. They have a balcony for each side's rooms. Try to negotiate for the lake-view rooms. Overall, a picturesque place and pleasant stay.
Negative: There is nothing that I didn't like, honestly. However, you need to walk to the city center(on the other side of the lake) to get some food or other stuff. It's a little downhill from the Fuschl Oberbrunn bus stop to the apartment.

Positive: Great location almost on the lake shore not far from the village. Cozy rooms with a beautiful view. You can use the sauna (regular or infrared). It is really pet friendly, but don't forget to warn that you will be with a fluffy one.
