Positive: The apartament is brilliant. Nice flat with all you need for self-serviced stay in Fagaras. Perfectly located in the centre with supermarkets just around the corner and good connections to the surrounding area. Located in a quiet area with reserved parking (which is visible from the balcony). Modern kitchen and all rooms renovated with style and details. Perfect

Negative: Actually nothing. If I have to mention something. Maybe separated trash containers for better recycling. But this is not mandatory. Everything you need is there and well organized.
