Positive: Great location, comfortable apartment with jacuzzi on the balcony and swimming pool access. Complimentary car parking space in the underground garage is a bonus. Especially when it snows a lot! The host was very friendly and accommodating. We were staying in Szklarska Poreba with 2 kids (ages 9 and 6) and this apartment was just ideal. We didn't have to use the car as everywhere was in walking distance. I highly recommend this place.
Negative: There are few thing that could make our experience even better. Adding toaster and egg cups to the kitchen equipment would help at breakfast times. Also providing a door mat at the balcony entrance and possibly bathrobes would help when entering the apartment after jacuzzi session.
Summary: Comfortable apartment at excellent location.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, great location, lots of towels, great communication in terms of access. I loved jacuzzi 😍 Very welcoming with a nice bubbly on arrival 🤗
Negative: The beds in the upper bedroom were beautiful to look at but really hard to sleep on, I was waking up many times. The swimming pool was really busy and water was cold.
Summary: Excellent stay, beautiful apartment 🤩

Positive: The interior of the property was very nice. It was good to sleep downstairs as it was lovely and cool. We liked the pool, but it was a shame that the hot tub was dirty and unusable. Very kind cleaner who gave us a lift to the bus stop.
Negative: Poor communication. We were told to have a deposit ready to gain access to the property, but no one turned up. We couldn't get an email that had been sent on our arrival day as there was no signal . It took 3 hours to gain access. Important information needs to be sent 24 hours before arrival. Hot tub was dirty.
Summary: Beautiful property, but not good value for money for reasons mentioned previously.
