Positive: Location was amazing. Apartment is huge. Host was very pleasant and communication with him was great, all recommendations.
Negative: We didn't have problem with it, but on the outside building looks pretty old, but when you come inside - apartment is in good condition.

Positive: Very close to city center (a few minutes walk) and very spacious (can accomodate 8-10 persons if needed). It has 3 bedrooms , a livingroom and a kitchen. If it would be refurbished, it would be a great accomodation option.
Negative: The apartment was in a pretty bad shape (broken windows for inner doors, many cracks in the walls, definitely needs a paining), old restrooms, old and poor quality bed sheets). On top, it was not clean (for example the refrigerator had altered leftovers inside and a very bad smell, floors were dusty, not properly vacuumed, a lot of junk stuff deposited in the balcony). Owner excused himself by saying that he can not find someone to hire for cleaning. No parking spot dedicated to the apartment, but decent options on the street close to it, after circling the block for a few times we found a place, and it was during Christmas time, so very crowded in the center. Furniture was cheap but decent in the bedrooms, but very old and in bad shape in the kitchen.
