Positive: The apartament is situated in a central area, just 10 to 15 minutes from the Sevilla Cathedral, Alcazar Palace and Old town, where you can find a lot of bars and places to eat or have a drink. The check in instructions are very easy to follow and simple. The parking space provided was enough for a bigger rental car. The apartament was clean and the AC worked properly, a much needed detail during very hot days like 38° C. The host, Lucia, was very kind, easy to communicate with and provided lots of suggestions regarding things to see or places to eat. Surely a pleasant place to stay during your visit of Sevilla!

Positive: It is a good location where I can walk for major interesting places.
Negative: When I arrived at the apartment. It wasn't clean. Even it wasn't cleaned & organized. It was not ready for guests.. Secondly, even shampoo was empty, and other amenities were not ready. Basically, I didn't feel it was worth staying for the money I paid. It needs improvement.

Positive: The apartment is bright, clean and cosy. It's also well equipped for cooking something fast. Moreover, the beds are very confortables. We also used the private parking, as public parking in the area is time limited. The location is excellent, 10 min walk to the cathedral and alcazar. Strongly recommended

Positive: Great location, well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and quick to respond during the stay. Private underground parking space (although it is pretty narrow, bigger car will have troubles fitting).
Negative: Thin pillows that destroyed my neck after the second night. Thin walls, you will hear the neighbors loud and clear and vice versa.

Positive: The location was good about 20 to 30 minutes walk away from the cathedral underground car park was an advantage but parking spaces exceptionally small okay if you had the old type mini.
Negative: As mentioned car parking space too small the kitchen was poorly equipped hardly any cooking pots/pans/ trays etc.dishwasher. but no tablets no plug for the kitchen sink so difficult to wash up no satellite tv so being English and not speaking Spanish could not watch tv if all this was sorted would be a nice secure apartment.

Positive: Apartment itself is good. Big rooms and good located.
Negative: Wifi didn't work ( it was beginning of October), also there were lack of soap and toilet paper which isn't acceptable. Application that should let us enter didn't work - probably because of wifi (internet) problem. Only one sets of keys. Everything else was good.
