Positive: Mario, our host, is gracious and accommodating with great directions and wonderful suggestions on what to do with our three days in Barcelona. We arrived pretty late but he was there waiting with a smile, help with luggage, and a full tour of the property. Breakfast was on your own with provided provisions ... but Mario makes sure you have a LOT of provisions. The fridge was stocked with juices, milk, meats, eggs, yogurts, and soda. The cupboards had multiple types of bread, muffins, cereals, jams, and snacks. The kitchen had a full 5 gal jug of drinking water. The inhouse entertainment system is top notch with Mario setting up a "gamer's room" ... cannot rate as I am not a gamer. What I can tell you is the TV is over 80" and you will have access to almost all premium services (HBO, Disney, etc). We did not use fully as we were in Barcelona and there is a lot to do in Barcelona. The bed is a true King-Sized bed with handy USB and electric outlets on both sides. You will wake up to a spectacular panoramic view of Barcelona suburbs, the sea, and the hillsides in the morning ... and go to bed with a gorgeous scene of night lighting at night. The bathroom had all we needed with a nice pressure shower with wrap around windows .. yes they are frosted. The patio is set up with a comfy outdoor sofa and chairs with the wonderful view of the city and sea. Coffee and breakfast in the morning there will be missed.
Negative: the only thing that is of note is parking. There is available street parking within 50-100 meters. But it is on a curvy hill (price you pay for a view) and Spaniards tend to park very close to each other. Mario gave us good directions on where to park without getting a ticket.

Positive: The location wasn’t so close to city centre but owner of the home gave us a ride from airport. He showed the place and the place was fully furnished and you can find many food for breakfast m. He organised everything really well. I don’t have even one bad word to him. Everything was amazing. He was kind and helpful. He gave the all information whenever I need. For sure, when I will back to Barcelona, I will stay again!

Positive: The owner did everything you could ask for to make sure our stay was fantastic and special. The apartment was mostly new and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bedroom was larger than expected. Everything we needed for our stay and more was provided. The view looking out over Viladecans and the coast was incredible. Rhe location was ideal to experience the outskirts and coast of Barcelona. If we are ever able to return, I would love to stay here again.
Negative: Being from United States, the neighborhood roadway and parking was very different than what we are accustomed too, but we made it through it.
