Positive: Wonderful view from the balcony over Grenada (especially at night). Very large balcony, spacious bathroom, underground parking. Very convenient and comfortable (lift) to move with bgages from parking to room. Flat at rather attractive price.
Negative: Poor facilities especially in the kitchen (even an electric kettle is missing). Imprecise description of this offer, which is misleading. It speaks of a bedroom and a living room. There is a bedroom and a living room, but this is one room divided by a screen. The swimming pool was out of order. It is true that the description indicates that the pool is open seasonally, but who would have thought that it would be closed during the summer (around 20.09). This should have been clearly stated (there was no precision information on booking.com) in the offer, and this was missing (I found out on site that it was open until 15.09). Picking up the keys is not the easiest thing to do. It can be regarded as a kind of street game. In addition, the pictures that are supposed to facilitate this can be a bit misleading (it makes no sense to include in the instructions how to use the pool if it is closed). Parking is ok but if there is no one in the neighbouring space because then parking is very difficult due to the tightness and the concrete pillar. We had to be careful with the pilotl because it was breaking down and the battery was dropping out. This flat could use a refresh as well as newer appliances (refrigerator)
Summary: I rate it 7.5 points because of the views from the balcony and the the attractive price

Positive: Lovely location for us, a bit far away from the city center, but with a bus card to city center, which is 0.45E/person it's cheap to get around. We could've take a place close to city center, but we chose quiet above all and didn't regret it. Really quiet place, we wanted it to be not noisy, so it was up to our expectations. Terrace with view to city and nature, was nice addition. Wifi is fast and all utilities are in place. We stayed for more days and we recommend it for sure for others.
Negative: Everything was ok, just take in account the location.

Positive: Flat was clean and nice, not so much equipement in the kitchen but otherwise good. Nice view and quiet place. it was really nice to have a parking spot. with the bus, not too far from the city, one hour walking.

Positive: Very nice quiet studio flat with a large terrace. Very clean with good wifi and heating. A little way from centre of the city but about 5 mins walk from No 9 bus stop which goes directly to the centre. Secure underground parking.
Negative: Only thing missing was a corkscrew !
