Positive: With 3 bedrooms and free parking, and only 15 minutes walk into the historic centre the apartment was real value. Maria was very responsive to questions and sent detailed information with recommendations. She sent us a link to get access, which worked ok. Shower room and modern, kitchen equipment were all good for a short stay.
Negative: Furnishings and decor a mix of tired and shabby with more modern, small coffee table wobbled and unsafe; swing chair unsuitable, and mattresses were not very comfy. While overall cleanliness good, the tiny 3rd bedroom was not so thorough and dusty.
Summary: Great value short stay in handy location

Positive: Maria was a very nice host, she helped us with troubles with keyes (our lack of experience), communication with her was easy and reliable. We loved the place (located in a very quiet, peaceful garden and yet very close to the significant places), the flat provided us with everything we needed for our 4-day-stay.
Negative: We would welcome some instruction on how to operate the heating on chilly evenings, our mistake, we should have asked.

Positive: Lovely house, well decorated, clean and at a very convenient spot close to downtown. Really helpful staff, Maria made sure our stay was pleasent and without any inconvenience.
Negative: A slightly bigger couch would be nice If any, but nothing really important at this point. The whole experience was great 😊

Positive: Great location. Close enough to the city centre of Burgos. Good for a morning walk along the old wall or up to the castle. Good for a late came back home, after visiting the city and its great features (cathedral, museum of Human Evolution, the streets, restaurants...). The house is very confortable, wiht heating during part of the day. We got 0ºC during the night (3ºC in the day) and the house was perfectly confortable. The leaving room opens towards the building gardens, to the South, which brings light and life to the house. There is a parking place that you can access throught a garage, directly from the building. It's a bit tricky at first, but one gets it easily after. Calm place in the evening.
Negative: I didn't like the process to enter the house and parking, using Internet codes and so on. They all worked perfectly and the host send the links and messages in advance (I suggest to do it in more advance because guests are on their way during the day and might not access Internet). The problem is not so much the system, but my relationship with this kind of systems. My mobile was running out of batery and I had no Internet connection; so things were a bit rought if it wasnt't my wifes' cell phone (and her skills).
Summary: Excelente cosy stay with the family in Burgos!

Positive: Located in the old town, it is very convenient to visit attractions. It is very carefully decorated and the view from the living room window is beautiful.
Negative: The bathroom glass door is not long enough, so it is easy to splash onto the floor when taking a shower.
