Positive: 1) GREAT management. VERY responsive, very professional and courteous, provided very clear directions, and the property was VERY clean, very well maintained, very comfortable. The apartment has a very comfortable living room/ dining room area, and small kitchen with a gas stove, an full refrigerator, a microwave, and a small sink, all in great order. Large flat TV set with many channnels. Three bedrooms, each bedroom has its own air conditioning system. Two baths, and there is workable hot water. The apartment uses door codes instead of keys, and it was GREAT because each individual could come and go without having to worry about who had the keys. 2) GREAT location. Only four short blocks from Los Portales, the center where the Cathedral is located, and the site of many restaurants and great number of activities each evening. Close to the mercado and to stores as well.
Negative: STAIRS. This apartment is located on the THIRD floor, and there are THREE flights of stairs to climb to get into the apartment, and THREE flights of stairs to walk down, and this is several times each day. NOT recommended to individuals that would not be able to engage in this level of physical activity. I asked for, and received, assistance from the manager Eduardo to get my luggage up the stairs on arrival and down the stairs on departure. THERE ARE NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES IN THE APARTMENT. A washer and dryer for clothes would have been a great addition to the otherwise great apartment.
Summary: EXCEPT FOR THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, a most excellent apartment in most all respects.

Positive: Apartment was spacious. The location was good. Air-conditioning worked well. Appliances were clean and worked well. Electronic locks were easy to use. No need to use keys.
Negative: The windows shook because of the wind and made so much noise it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was not as clean as it should be.
Summary: The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location near Los Portales was convenient.

Positive: The property is excellently located and the furnishings are acceptable and spacious. The kitchen is fully functional and furnished.
Negative: All was good but one thing, maybe some curtains on the windows to the balcony would be nice since the street light directly shines in the appartment. Also the hot water was not hot but Luke warm.
Summary: Great time with the family in a historic city close to all the main landmarks

Positive: The apartment was perfect with a great location. The management company was very responsive to all of my questions. I recommend getting the Blunkay parking app so you can keep your car legal while enjoying sightseeing.
