Positive: The location was great for me as I came to Malaga to watch the Davis Cup tennis tournament. It was only 10 minutes walk away. There is a bus that takes you into the city centre and a supermarket close by. There are various restaurants within a short walk. I liked the balcony and used it every day. The sofa was comfortable and the kitchen was fine for self catering. The apartment is in a residential block which I felt had a nice community.
Negative: The bed was a bit firm for me and the bed linen looks and feels quite old.
Summary: Great location for the nearby sporting venue and easy access to the city centre

Positive: The host provided very prompt and good details on how to get to the property and to enter the accommodation. The person who met us at the rental was very friendly, helpful and kind, even though there was a language barrier of English vs Spanish. We enjoyed the balcony that had a lovely table for two. The kitchen was small but provided all the necessary means to store and prepare our food. The bathroom shower had lots of hot water and great pressure, this is a real plus. The apartment was "very" quiet! We were very close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and especially bus and metro transportation. We appreciated having a washing machine and clothes drying rack. All these things are important to us when looking for a place to stay.
Negative: There is little to say about what we did not like about this accommodation except a very personal dislike was that the mattress was very firm (maybe describe as hard) and the bed was rather small (double size), compared to what we would normally sleep in a Queen or King.
Summary: The accommodation was secure and had all of the amenities we require in an place to stay.

Positive: Location was nice,500 m .walk to the sea. Apartment was clean.Garage was available in the building what was very convenient.
Negative: Was no shampoo and paper towel.TV remote control didn't work, was broken.Owner put in the add that bikes are available what we wanted, but tires were flat and owner told us to buy a pomp.

Positive: this was an excellent location for me because it was very quiet and super safe - there is a bus that goes to malaga centre directly infront of the apartment which is super easy. i was away from busynesss and tourists, i had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. the pool was FANTASTIC and the complex is cleaned and maintained every single day by staff. it its nice to see children playing together in the evenings, there is a real sense of community here. The apartment is very close to a number of shops, cafes, and restaurants, a beautiful park and a quiet beach.
Negative: the only thing i struggled with was the bed - its very hard and quite difficult to sleep. However i do think majority of accommodations in europe have similar hard mattresses!
Summary: overall it had everything i needed and wanted for my stay. i will be coming back to malaga !
