Positive: The place was located in a residential area, very quiet and safe. The apartment was clean and was well-equipped with necessities. We had a parking spot in front of the apartment. Supermarkets around the area. The bathroom door was a bit hard to slide. We informed the owner which she fixed immediately.
Negative: The only thing is the bathroom didn't have a window. So had to leave the bathroom door open for ventilation.
Summary: Nice place close to the city.

Positive: My recent stay at Apartamento Villa Rizos in Sevilla was fantastic! The host was very helpful and nice, always providing quick responses to any questions I had. The entire apartment is new and immaculately clean, which added to the overall comfort. There are plenty of Restaurants and bars, Grocery stores near by. One of the great perks is the free car parking, making it convenient for those traveling with a vehicle. Additionally, the train to Sevilla city center is just a 6-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. I highly recommend Apartamento Villa Rizos for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Sevilla!
Negative: Car parking is on street in front of entry door, With limited space need some effort to park.

Positive: Very quiet location, in a housing estate consisting of houses, with parking space. Very kind owner, very clean location, new furniture. Very well equipped kitchen, very clean bathroom. We felt very good together with the two children.

Positive: The apartment is neatly located in a quiet and respectable neighborhood outside Seville. Within 5' walking distance are all the basic services for a stay (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and Metro), while within 2' walking distance is the public swimming pool. The owner kindly made us available 1 Metro rechargeable card, 2 passes for the swimming pool, and a map of Seville, and has been accomodating to our request for the day of departure. The apartment is new, modern and functional: kitchen and bathroom have the essentials (towels, shampoo, boiler, plates, glasses, etc.), the bed is comfortable. The Metro takes 10' to reach the city center. Definitely a recommended price/value solution for visiting Seville.
Negative: The bathroom has no windows and no aspirator (or we did not manage to find any): it can be an issue with taking showers in the evening, since the humidity remains in the apartment. The A/C can solve the problem.
