Negative: -We were given a ground flat while the pictures was showing different flat. -The ground flat is so noisy in the night. We hear bathrooms noise from other flats. -Improve the communication with guest. Show more interest for guests and not just for their money.

Positive: We liked the beds. They were very confortable.
Negative: It would be nice to have some coffee, tea, salt and pepper to offer. Two of the saucepans were rasty.

Negative: Communication. The cleaning lady opened the door at 10 am. without knocking. Never answered a request to extend the stay. Emails asking for a $200 security deposit while we were on route by sea and the link not working.

Positive: Great location just 2 min away from the METRO (Cornella Riera) an easy starting point to reach the city center. Spacious app, well equipped. The parking is easy to find in a sport ares two streets away (3 min walk to the apartment).
Negative: Too much paperwork after the arrival. An online form that we were unable to fill (error on the web page) a stressful situation that at the end was as it seems not so important. Some language barrier with the host after our arrival but on our way to Barcelona we were followed and had very fast response in English (we had no fixed plan and were a bit unsure about our time of arrival) to all our communication on booking.

Negative: I had trouble with the language because the caretaker didn't speak English. They were rushing and hardly responded, and they didn't pick up my calls when I needed them.
Summary: I think you should add at least breakfast and also arrange such caretaker who knows English.
