Positive: We had a really comfortable stay at Apartamentos Serrallo. The apartment was clean, and very spacious — it had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and even a washing machine, which was super convenient. The area is quiet and felt safe, and we really liked having private parking. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place — especially for longer stays or if you’re traveling with family. It felt more like a home than a hotel

Positive: the appartement is located in a nice area. It is clean and cosy you have a little terrace and the room is big. The bed is comfortable and the shower is very good. The host is super friendly and I really enjoy my stay. In summer they have a pool. So definitely 10/10

Positive: The apartment it self having two bedrooms with proper beds (many have one bedroom and a sofa as bed in the living room). Also itbincluded parking place which we needed to use every day.
Negative: The cold water pressure in the shower was very low. And there was no view to outside.

Positive: The apartment itself was nice, pretty clean and well equipped (except for the kitchen). The bed was comfortable. And I liked the location of the apartment: you can park your car there and take the bus nr 9 to the city center, which runs about every ten minutes until almost midnight.
Negative: The apartment is located in something like a former hotel. The building is gigantic, creepy (especially at night) and not well cared for (well they do obviously clean it but not much else). I expected some kind of communal terrace, where you can enjoy the spanish sun (even when the pool is closed), but there is NO seating outside. I was really disappointed when I saw the premises and the building, because you can't really tell from the pictures provided on booking and I even wanted to cancel our stay. BUT to be fair, I got used to the building after about a day, and the apartment was comfortable, so we did not regret staying there.

Positive: Secured access to the room. The remote lady was timely responsive and clear about all necessary instructions.
Negative: Double bad was too narrow that my one arm had to stay out of the bed. There was a motion sensor when we were in the room which made us worry about our overall privacy. We stayed in April. Although the weather was about 25C° and always sunny, the swimming pool was closed. We had dreams to sunbathe and swim but we were disappointed.

Positive: Apartment is great. Large, two bedrooms, large bathroom, living room with a small kitchen, enough even for a longer stay. It even has a heating wich is a rear comodity here. Location is very quiet, but you do need a car to be comfortable. The underground safe parking spot is included in the price. Also you need a car to go to the store... Isabel is a woneferfull and very attentive host. Super organized and extremly kind.
