Negative: Check in restrictive with fees payable if you don't check in on time. Parking expensive and would just park outside hotel instead. Some street parking available either across the road or down the street. Washing machine broke during stay as the spin cycle did not work. Then had to try and dry soaking clothes in the room. I tried to inform the host but never received any response so the machine may still be broken?

Positive: My low rating primarily stems from the poor communication. While the apartment was generally comfortable and well-equipped, the overall experience was negatively affected by several issues. The apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and good heating system. The view from the apartment was amazing. While the apartment itself was comfortable, the poor communication, parking issues, lack of cleaning supplies, and cleanliness problems significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the stay for future guests.
Negative: Payment Process: Payments and the €150 deposit are handled on their website, not via Booking.com, which can be inconvenient for first-time users. Booking.com does not take responsibility for these transactions, adding to the discomfort. They asked me to call a few days before arrival to confirm a parking space but then sent a message to check-in online instead. There should be an option to request parking during online check-in to avoid unnecessary calls. The online check-in process was frustrating and required multiple attempts. Additionally, first-time users might find it uncomfortable to upload documents online on their website. Accessing the parking was problematic. We needed a key from the administrator, but this wasn't communicated, causing confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, the parking space numbers were unclear, and our assigned spot was occupied. The administrator's response was unhelpful, suggesting we try random spaces, which could belong to someone else. And when we asked about the numbers and which one is the right one so the administrator just answered that she didn't know and didn't do anything to find out that info and that was weird. There was no electricity in the apartment when we arrived. The administrator was distracted and unresponsive, requiring us to repeat ourselves multiple times. It might have been off-season with only one busy employee, but this should not affect the guest experience. The kitchen lacked basic cleaning supplies like sponges and detergent. The apartment's cleanliness was also lacking a bit, with a dirty floor in the corners, an unclean and broken toilet seat depsite there was a hygiene sticker on it, and a stained sofa.
