Positive: Newly renovated apartments, everything is clean.
Negative: Unfortunately, our stay in these apartments turned out to be very uncomfortable. We would like to share some points that significantly ruined our experience. 1. Cold in the apartment. The temperature never rose above 17–18 degrees, which is extremely uncomfortable during the cold season. After informing the hosts, they sent us a long list of instructions to solve the issue, but none of them helped. We spent the first night under two blankets and were still cold. The floor was freezing, and getting out of bed in the morning was a challenge. 2. No hot water. The water was barely warm, making it impossible to take a proper shower. This is not just an inconvenience but a serious downside, especially during the cold season. Even washing dishes was unpleasant — our hands would get cold. It felt like the hosts expected us to wait until we got back home to take a shower! 3. No place for outerwear. The only option was to throw clothes on a chair or even on the floor. The bathroom was also very inconvenient: there were no shelves for toothbrushes, cosmetics, or towels. As a result, all our toiletries ended up on the floor. 4. Poorly designed shower area. Water splashed all over the bathroom, leaving it completely wet. 5. Towels were left on the toilet, which seems very unhygienic and once again highlights the need for more shelves. 6. Dead fly on the bed. We found a dead fly on the bed, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment. 7. Unexpected extra charges for our dogs. We were unpleasantly surprised by the additional fee for our dogs, which was higher than what was mentioned in previous reviews. The website didn’t mention any charge for pets, and we were only informed of this after checking in, which gave us the impression of unclear pricing. Ultimately, the fee for our dogs amounted to almost 50% of the total cost of our stay. Such an approach is disappointing. This is a general comment for all apartment hosts.

Negative: Staff were very unhelpful like we were bothering them if we needed something. I booked and paid for four nights and on the last night they locked us out of the apartment because they were charging us double for a pet and they did not understand English when trying to explain there was only 1 pet there for 2 nights. Very bad customer srrvice
