Positive: The kitchen is well equipped, has nice post and pans an the utensils were clean, the bed is also comfortable. Generally it’s a spacious house just 5 mins from the center.
Negative: Sigh 😞 where do I start from, on arrival I was given the details for entry including a WiFi password, there were 2 routers just plugged in but no internet source connected to it as you can see in the photo. Wrote the host but no response, he didn’t even open my message. The bathroom has a weird smell oozing from it that spread through the living room, toilet was clogged and I couldn’t understand why till I went out to get gloves and figured out something was stuck in the toilet (literally shoved in) and the icing on the cake was the shower, it was barely running cause the pipe was leaking hence water wasn’t coming from the shower head. Sigh it’s just pure wickedness to let a guest come to a house with all these issues, knowing they’d be stranded and choosing to put the house to not reply. What if I didn’t have a polish number to get data on my phone ? What if I didn’t know how to undo the mess in the toilet?! This house should not be collecting people’s money it’s just unfair, it has so much potential but the host is clearly too greedy to care for the basics needs of the guests

Positive: 4 mins walk from the Rynek center, shops, atm , cafe close by and the apartment is spacious and has the basic amenities.l for a short stay.
Negative: Firstly, horrible service from the owner, didn’t get check in information till I arrived and had to call him to send it. After checking in I received the wrong wifi password from the owner but found the right one on the router but still no internet connection, I called and he said he’ll get back to me but never heard from him again my whole stay, the apartment was so cold cause the heating doesn’t work, so constantly had to use a blanket, surfaces were dusty, the spoons and knives were used and unwashed just kept there so had to wash anything I used first. I had to rely on my mobile data the whole stay. Still no apology or update from owner even after I left.
