Positive: Everything was in order, big apartment, in great condition and clean, bus and tram stops are right next to the building. Nice owner.
Negative: There is a very unpleasant smell in the entrance of the building and also in the apartment (especially the bathroom) and I noticed it in the evenings, when I returned to the apartment. It smells like chemicals, like lacquer or plastics. I presume it might be coming into the apartment through ventilation, maybe from the salon below as the smell is the strongest at the entrance. However, it was fine after I opened the windows for a few minutes to let fresh air in.
Summary: Overall great experience, unpleasant smell issue (from salon below?) - stayed in April 2025

Positive: This apartment was excellent, clean and spacious. The Praga district of Warsaw was wonderful. This place was near the metro, therefore access to the city centre was easy.
Negative: Close to the main road. Therefore, traffic was loud at times. But not unbearable.
Summary: A fantastic apartment in an underrated part of Warsaw.

Positive: The location was perfect with good access to a public transport. The Old town was close to the apartment. There are everything you need for cooking, working and relaxing in the apartment. Wi Fi connection was also perfect.
