Negative: We stayed at the property for three nights as a group of three, and while the location and view were excellent, several aspects of our stay left us disappointed. To begin with, the room was advertised for three people, and we all paid the same amount. However, only one proper bed was provided, meaning two of us had to share the bed while the third person slept on a sofa. This setup was not ideal and something future guests should be aware of when booking. The breakfast was another point of concern. While one of us enjoyed the selection, two of us are vegetarians and lactose intolerant, and the options were extremely limited—mostly meat and cheese with a small portion of egg. A more inclusive breakfast offering would have been appreciated. Towels were also an issue. We were given three large towels and one floor mat. When we visited the spa, we weren’t offered any additional towels, which meant reusing our already-wet towels throughout our stay. For guests using the spa and sauna facilities, this wasn’t practical or hygienic. The most frustrating experience was the lack of basic essentials such as toilet paper. When I contacted the host about this, I was told that providing extra toilet paper was not part of their service. My follow-up message asking who was responsible for supplying essential toiletries went unanswered. With only 1.5 days left and rainy weather, we found it inconvenient and unwelcoming to have to consider going out just to buy toilet paper. Especially surprising given that a cleaning staff member was present on our floor and could have easily left some by our door. Finally, on our last night (Friday to Saturday), we expected some noise due to it being the weekend. However, the disturbance at 4 a.m. was excessive and disrupted our sleep significantly. In summary, while the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its great location and beautiful views, the lack of attention to guest comfort and basic hospitality standards left us disappointed

Positive: Good size of room and clean. Great located. Well stocked with accessories
Negative: Price was too high for the provided standard. The temperature of the swimming pool was too low, and one part did not work. Bed was not comfortable at all. We paid for the breakfast and when was something wrong we were asked to sort it by ourselves, what was weird.
