Positive: Anna was very friendly and I found my apartment easily. It was well equipped with iron, washing machine etc. There was also laundry detergent, umbrella, some snacks in a kitchen that I have only seldom found in rented apartments in Kyiv. Also some rechargeable lamps were available, because there were often electric blackouts in Kyiv.
