Positive: Nice apartment, location was superb. Member of staff nice, made a mistake but corrected it straight away and brought some pierniczki for us. 🙂 so that was a nice gesture 🙂 The kitchen was fully equipped. The only thing I would say is that : please get rid of those chairs!!! I tripped more than 10 times because of those legs. All my family members did the same. In the end, we had to put them somewhere by the corners of the room. It sounds funny now, but imagine going to the bathroom in the night. 😅

Positive: Perfect location, great communication with landlord, clean and comfortable apartment, easy access to the building. You are staying in the heart of town in the quiet area. We stayed in the winter and was so pleased with heating on when we walked in, many thanks for warm welcome.

Positive: Location, location. 2min from the town square but far enough to avoid large group of tourists. Kitchen/ living area layout (navy apartament) is comfy for in house activities.
Negative: Old building, quite few technical issues despite the renovations. Old windows (and I mean probably 40/ 50 yrs old) - some of them with ‚hooks’ in place of proper handles, gnarled wood with chipping paint. Difficult to open/ close, one with missing hinge, hanging of the frame. Plenty of spiders and spider webs between window frames! Sink in the bathroom clogged from the 1st day, water sitting for 10/ 15min before draining - surprising that cleaning person would not report that. Foul smell of old, damp building in the bathroom (despite the ventilator). Nice looking but not much doing curtains in the bedrooms (in the summer months room is bright at 4:30am). Wardrobe only in 1 bedroom, not a problem for family but for friend not very comfortable set up, no bedside tables. One bed is set in the middle of the room (due to rooms shape), hence no wall or headboard to rest against.
Summary: Convenient close to old square but with issues.

Positive: The position is fantastic, right in front of the leaning tower, surronded by good resturants, bars and pubs. The apartment is modern and confortable, but could be better equipped.
Negative: The overall appartment was not spottles clean, the shower in particular was quite dirty. We had coffee but no french press in the kitchen. overall it could be better equipped (for example there were lamps above the bed for reading in bed but no light buld, so they couldn't be used. We got only one towel each, and worse, 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper for a 4 people appartment for 4 days stay...
