Positive: We liked that the flat was spacious with good size kitchen separate from the living area. Bathroom as well as the rest of the flat was clean and tidy. We booked last minute but it was completely ready for our stay straight away. Beautiful flat for a very good price!
Negative: We came late evening and there was no parking space for us left on the street, so we drove around a bit while a find a spot to park. There was only a baby shower cream left to shower with, but we had our own so it didnt bothered us. I think it was 4th floor, so if you have a luggage you might struggle as we didnt see any lift..
Summary: Comfortable, spacious, clean apartment for a great value!

Positive: In general, I assume that apartments might be nice, even though the location is not that close to the city centre, it is without any problem reachable and the advantage of this location might be a distance from noisy streets. Coming back to the apartments. Some of these apartments (I assume, unfortunately we haven’t experienced that) might be fully equipped. When having that and when being accomodated in the apartment you really booked I would consider the stay as fine and comfortable.
Negative: I assume when working in the hospitality industry you know that your clients and their well-being should be probably your main priority. They are the core of your business. The perception of Vilda Apartments is probably different. We booked the deluxe apartment (we wanted an extra sofa and kitchen area) however we haven’t got that. Even though it was booked and paid (non-refundable) in advance. And we were not informed about any change prior our arrival. We found out just on the spot. Our apartment wasn’t even equipped with the key-box and wasn’t marked, we were confused for some time if there was a mistake made and we are in the wrong building. Unfortunately not. We entered the apartment (keys were from the other side of the door because of the missing key-box). Overlooking the whole apartment we found out that it is not our booked apartment, this one is obviously not finished yet and probably serves as a spare apartment (in emergency ?!?). There were no curtains at all (even though the apartment was on the ground floor), no privacy in the evening whatsoever. Absolutely no kitchen area (it was one of our priorities), just a tea-making facility with the “mini bar” fridge. Unfinished sockets with wires/weird construction sticking out of the wall, missing ledges on the floor, unfinished sockets (no power/ non-functional switches), all towells damp. We immediately reached out to the host via Booking messaging and we received the absolutely last reaction from the host (no further connection with the host was possible). They informed us that due to some “water problems” in our apartment, they had to accomodate us in a different apartment. If we do no like that, we may leave and cancel our reservation (they will not charge us any cancellation fee). No sign of any honest willingness to solve the issue, at least refunding us for not having what we paid for. Nothing, no interest, just a pure silence.

Negative: I disagree that in these apartment can accommodate 3 people with comfort. Perfect for 2 people, not for 3. We get air mattress instead of bad! But it’s wasn’t enough, the mattress deflated on the first night. All was good except this “small” detail.
