Positive: The location is not near the town. The room is small, though everything is there. I checked in at 9pm and I was not able to use the key to access the door. We waited there for more than 30 mins without a response from the host. Finally, I had to find my friend who is living in Switzerland to call them. Or otherwise, we wouldn't have place to space that night. In addition, the house that next to this house has a heavy smell of marijuana. The people inside were looking at us. We were really scared what they would do for us. No next time for this room.

Positive: The unit was very clean and well stocked with plates, cutlery and pots/pan. The unit was modern looking.

Negative: We arrived at the property and couldn’t find the lockbox but that was because the unit was in an entirely different building but that wasn’t explained at all ahead of time. Thankfully I had data so I could call them and get that figured out out. The bed was comfortable but the sheet was terry cloth and not smooth material so rather uncomfortable and itchy. We didn’t have a working air conditioner the first night but they sent someone the next day to fix it. The blinds were electric with a switch on the wall, the door lock was strangely hard to open and also to lock, Also the stove was very complicated to work as well. All this would be fixed by leaving an instruction booklet for the renters. It’s a bit far out from the old city but can be reached quite easily by bus. Overall if there had been explanations, it would have made the arrival much smoother.

Positive: The apartment was new and in great condition with comfortable beds. Is a great location just out of town close to multiple buses and train station and a large shopping centre only minutes away. Also very quiet at night here.

Negative: To get a high rating on this property I would say by having some information at the property about the area how the garbage works and also some of the electrical system i.e. blinds because you may not have come across this before. Also, when using their app, you should automatically receive your Luzern travel card, you should not have to request it so I had to pay unfortunately to get to the property instead of being free. These are just a couple of teething problems that they work out as this is a new property to Booking.com. we would definitely stay here again and wish them all the best for the future.

Positive: Easy check-in (incl digital keys). Full equipped apartment and very new. We had to visit nearby family, therefor a good location.
