Summary: Hotel.com didn’t communicate with the hotel so when we arrived they was any booking at our name. The receptionist was extremely helpful and make sure we had room for the night. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Summary: Hotel great reasonably priced modern and clean .. great location and friendly staff .. the only real issue was with loud club music down the street on Saturday night .. would stay again though

Summary: We stayed here for one night prior to embarking on the ferry to Portsmouth.The hotel was spotlessly clean, and Alexander on reception was very very helpful. I would recommend this hotel It is also very handy for the ferry, and the docks shopping mall is only a short walk away
